Hi, I’m Melissa, the founder of MIMBOLO and a mom of two on Long Island.
MIMBOLO is a true mom-and-pop business. I run it alongside my husband, and our two kids are involved every step of the way. Every order you place supports our family.
My Portuguese heritage inspired the name and the feel of my brand. MIMBOLO brings together the comfort of a sweet treat and a little more protein, in flavors you can look forward to.
I’m building MIMBOLO for people who love a treat as much as they love their routines. Whether you’re ordering for yourself, your studio, or a whole group, I’m glad you found us.

Before your first bite.
How should I store my treats?
Keep them refrigerated at 40°F (4°C) or below and enjoy within 7 days. They can be out of the fridge for up to 2 hours, or 1 hour when it’s above 90°F.
What’s the difference between pops and bites?
Same recipe, two sizes. A pop is fully dipped in a white vanilla coating, served on a stick, and has 14–15g of protein. A bite is about half the size, has no stick, is finished with a drizzle and topping, and has about 7g of protein.
What sizes can I order?
You can order a single pop ($6), a 12-pack pops ($50), a 4-pack bites ($13). For larger groups or events, send an inquiry.
How do I pay?
Place your order on the site and choose Venmo, Zelle, or cash at pickup. Melissa confirms every order personally before it’s final.
Are they gluten free?
Our cake and binder are made with gluten-free oat flour and gluten-free baking powder. Toppings vary by flavor, so tap “Nutrition & ingredients” on any flavor to see exactly what’s in it.
What allergens do they contain?
All flavors contain milk and egg, and the white vanilla coating contains soy. They are made in a kitchen that may also handle other common allergens.
Where do the nutrition numbers come from?
They’re calculated from each recipe’s exact ingredient weights and batch yield, using manufacturer label values. They’re estimates, not lab-tested results.
